Jeff has been helping people realize their new home building and remodeling dreams in Santa Cruz County for over thirty years. His early training in management has proven useful in his work as a Building Contractor. He has an easy way with people and naturally gravitates toward solutions that combine function and style. Jeff’s hands-on involvement in the design process utilizes his artistic sensibility and satisfies his desire to create beautiful homes.
Jeff and his family enjoy living and working here in Santa Cruz County. They genuinely care about people and have the desire to help them to create stylish homes with lasting value.
After completing her bachelor’s degree at The University of San Diego, Kate spent 3 years honing her business management skills working as a Trustee Administrator. We’re thrilled to have our daughter back in her hometown and happy to benefit from her ‘can do’ attitude and her gracious way of managing our production process. She is in the office regularly; anchoring our management team. When you stop in at our Aptos office, she’ll be happy to assist you.
Vittorio is a born leader and a gifted craftsman in his own right. After years of working on the crew and taking on more and more responsibility, he earned his valued position as our Senior Project Supervisor.
You’ll enjoy his friendly demeanor and solid reliability. His quick mind and impressive memory make him the perfect person to finesse details and coordinate the many facets of a project with seeming ease. Vitt is a vital member of our home building team and a real pleasure to work with.
